The data provided will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship between the parties, as well as for the period established by law, with a minimum duration of 3 years.
  
  The lawful basis for processing and managing the booking made by the user via the online form is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party. Should the user fail to provide their personal data, it will not be possible to process their booking, and the requested service cannot be provided.

Processing of Minors’ Data

Anyone who provides data via the forms on this website and consents to its processing declares that they are over 14 years of age; access to and use of the website by minors under this age is prohibited. If, at any time, the Data Controller discovers that a person under the age of 14 has provided personal data, we will proceed to delete such data.
